PROCESS
First, we'll establish goals and intentions to create a custom roadmap, which will be flexible and adaptable to respond to any challenges or practice moments that will inevitably arise. Next, we'll sketch out a plan that includes milestones and outcomes for success.
At each meeting, we'll check in, focus on skill building and results, and measure progress against our original and evolving goals.
Also, it will be fun.

All coaching packages include two 60 minute meetings per month via Zoom, phone, or in-person, if possible, plus worksheets, recommended reading and resources, and post-session notes.

Just need your resume revamped? Happy to help! This package includes the following:
- Resume review and draft reworking
- Phone or Zoom initial meeting (up to 1 hour) to talk through content and desired outcomes
- Resume final draft, incorporating input and feedback
- Phone or Zoom final meeting (up to 1 hour) to finalize resume and, if desired, a little bit of career coaching on next steps.
